Bahabad Pelletizing Project

In order to build a complete Sanitary wastewater treatment package in the large project of producing iron pellets from iron ore concentrate powder of Chadormelo factory located in Bahabad, Pars Land Industries and Mines Construction Company (Pamidco) has signed a contract with Omrab Engineering Company in March 2022. The treatment capacity is 60 m3/day and its implementation includes design, supply of materials and workshop plans and construction, installation and commissioning along with the supply of spare parts for two years. Proposed process units to achieve the appropriate degree of wastewater treatment with environmental standards include a balancing tank, a basket-type garbage collection unit, a grain collection tank, biological tanks to remove organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus by A2O method, a sedimentation tank to remove suspended solids. The chlorination and filtration unit is a disk type as the final treatment units in order to eliminate harmful organisms and suspended particles before consuming the treated wastewater. The sludge produced by the biological unit is collected in a storage tank and then sent to the sludge depot by the employer.
