In March 1999 OMRAB conclusion a contract for engineering, procurement, construction of Yazd city Water Supply Scheme. This project accomplished during 18 months.
Scope of woks includes 4xWater pump station, 16 split case pumps, Pump station No.1: Including (4x1400 kW) electromotor + 4 double suction split case pumps (1.05 m3/sec,82 m head)
Pump station No.2&4: Including 4x1400 kW electromotor + 4 double suction split case pumps (1m3/sec + 140 m head)
Pump station No.3: Including 4x2200 kW electromotor + 4 double suction split case pumps (1m3/sec + 145 m head)
with total capacity of 259,000 Cu.m per day.
In this project most of hydro electromechanical equipment supply from west of Europe well known partners and suppliers such as Auma, Bogo, Siemens (Germany), Ebara (Japan), Mirab (Iran)
